    About an hour and a half left until Chat Support opens.....

    I'm having the same issue, I was playing fine yesterday and then this morning when I tried logging in I get the issue where it is telling me to create a new subscription.

    I wonder if this has to do with the issues with purchasing it on PSN because I had to contact these guys the other day and get a new download code.

    Just finished with Chat Support, they told me to go ahead and create the new subscription. I have still retained my character and items. All it did was create a second service account in Mog Station which they told me can be ignored.

    They think it is because of the issue that PSN had when you purchased it digitally. The other day I had to contact them because it wouldn't recognise my digital purchase, they gave me a code to put in and I was able to redeem the game which sorted it out.

    Same Problem

    Same problem except I went ahead and purchased it again on the PSN site and now its working. here is my email to them; no answer as of yet.

    I purchased my PS4 copy on the official Square Enix website and was given an activation code. I also purchsed a 6 month service subscription and verified it on the MoG site. I used the code on the PSN site and proceed to play the game fine. Yesterday it displayed that I did not have an activate subscription in which I checked online that I did have an active sub.
    I noticed that the FFXIV tag did not show a PS4 icon but a Windows icon. I know I bought the PS4 version on the official website and have the receipt for it.
    I then went to PSN and it did not show that I had purchased FFXIV even though I already used the activation code provided with my online purchase. I purchased the item again on the PSN site and everything then worked fine.
    I would like a refund for the extra purchase I had to make. If that is not possible how about additional service time to compensate the extra payment.
