Ps4 not working now as of 4/14

Hello i bought the physical copy from the store and had it shipped here i used the pre order code and 4/11 and played up until 4/15. Last night after work i went to log on and it said i had no service. So i logged on mod and thought i needed to do a sub did the sub and went to log back on ps4 and still saying same thing. My account has the pc version attached to it which i assume is active now because i activated a sub but its not showing the ps4 attached to it. I did enter the ps4 pre order code into the ps4 store and played fine until 4/15

my box hasn't arrived i got it preordered and the 5-7 day shipping and it hasn't arrived

The info given above is correct. There should be two codes in the box. One for the preorder bonus/extras, and another one (probably on the back of the instruction booklet) that you need to register with SE to add the PS4 service to your account.
