    Turned off Aero and have the same issue. It's such a shame because it runs so smoothly on the system besides this issue

    Try uninstalling the Intel IGP and AMD GPU adaptors in device manager and then install the newest GPU driver from your laptops's manufacturer.

    Went through uninstalling and reinstalling all the drivers last night to no avail. Same issue.

    Only install the AMD driver not the Intel driver after removing the adaptors from device manager.
