Even a wired kb just stops working randomly.
This is a super broken feature given how much it prevents communication.

I have the logitek wireless keyboard/mouse combo. It worked fine for 3 months on m y Ps4, and all of a sudden, it will randomly stop working for 5-10 seconds, unless I pound on the button. Makes dodging AOE a bit difficult at times. Changed the batteries, unplugged it and plugged it back in, restarted the ps4, to no avail. Is it the Ps4, or SE? Keyboard works fine with my computer. Annoying.
I have this problem with my wireless, but only when my wireless headset is also on.
I also experienced many of the issues described above when I was still on Zodiark. For some reason i've had little to none problems with my wireless kb after switching to Shiva.
Ive been thinking the problem was with my Ps4. My wireless keyboard was working fine untill recently. My thing is keys are either bring dropped, repeated even if another key is pressed or not registered at all.. Some keys just stop working unless I turn it on/off or keep mashing a dead key to wake them all up. I tested the batteries and they are still in the green. Gets annoying when trying to text chat with others in game and "hello" comes out as "ello" or other keys stop registering and somthing comes out like "i iii ere anyting ggg ntonigt/". I'm starting to think if it could be communication between the game and ps4. Unfortunately theres no other way for me to check if it happens out side of FFxiv.
I have the same issue. The keyboard worked perfectly fine on ps3, I could even write from my balcony. Now, sometimes it just not works, and I can't even write mostly in the ST or CT because it just stops working <o<

I had a problem with both my logitech wireless mouse and keyboard on the PS4 (and I used 2 separate dongles) the mouse connection was lost like every few seconds and if I typed on the keyboard it had a 2 second delay to figure out what I had typed, so I switched over to my wired logitech mouse and keyboard and haven't had a problem since
