Anyone having wireless keyboard issues on PS4?

I have a logitech mk270 and have had no issues with it. I just started using it, so use has been limited so far. I have not had second requests from the ps4 after it was idle for a while and I pick it back up for use. If anything changes with it, I will update.

I have the logitek wireless keyboard/mouse combo. It worked fine for 3 months on m y Ps4, and all of a sudden, it will randomly stop working for 5-10 seconds, unless I pound on the button. Makes dodging AOE a bit difficult at times. Changed the batteries, unplugged it and plugged it back in, restarted the ps4, to no avail. Is it the Ps4, or SE? Keyboard works fine with my computer. Annoying.

I have tried several wired usb and wireless bluetooth (ps3) and dongle to no avail. Every single keyboard I try has me missing letters or double spacing when I can type perfectly fine with the same keyboard on ps3 and pc. Yes it does make you sound like a tard when this happens. Specifically /p almost always comes off as / instead. Very annoying. I really hope SE can fix this issue. I have gone into the settings on ps4 for key rate delay and so forth. Adjusted them up and down and still no help. One of the wireless keyboards I am using happens to be a logitech media board pro specifically made by logitech for ps3 but I read on sony website that it was compatible for ps4 and that they have no known issues with it. lol

I have Logitech blue tooth keyboard. It worked perfect with ps3. But since I upgraded to ps4. Sometime when I type "E" and "O" it would not show.

i have a logitech and a microsoft wireless kb's/mice that both worked fine on ps3 also an now on ps4 they both jsut type out like, "lkahsdfiohafiouhalefhakfhlshdflkahflakhflakhflasfljuhsdf" comstantly, or extreme delay an keys not being entered that i pressed such as "/f blah blah" hit enter, "/f is not a command" (trying to hit /fc lol), its getting the the point that i want to chunk it across the room lol.

First off I have no problem using the keyboard or controller on the home screen or other games, but when playing FFXIV unless I play directly in front of the PS4 I have occasional controller latency and frequent keyboard issues. I have tried two different wireless keyboards both of which work perfectly when doing other things besides FFXIV, but when playing the game my keyboard is like a stuttering person. It's almost like the game is sending to much data back and forth on the Bluetooth signal and it can't keep up where as no other game or app on the ps4 uses the Bluetooth that intensely I have no issues. It's fine if I'm directly line of sighted to my ps4. Anyone testing this issue find what range your keyboard becomes choppy in game then exit the game and try using the send message feature with your keyboard and write a test message and see how responsive it is at that same range. For me it works perfectly at the same exact range/location if I'm not playing this particular game.

its more of an annoyance than anything else.. but my issue is that it doesn't recognize keystrokes.. usually right after I type / for /fc.. either the f or the c wont register.. im not sure if im just typing to fast or what.. but it NEVER did that on ps3 version.. and doesn't do that on other games.. so ya its a ps4 version of ffxiv bug.

Confirmed. I've got two PS4's and two separate Keyboards both wireless. (my wife plays with me a lot)

Both keyboards have the exact same problem as the OP and numerous other players. It's been confirmed on Reddit a few weeks back as well. I've also had trouble with the controllers sending repeating signals such as the rrrrrrepeating keys that others have mentioned. I have no way to confirm it, but I think the PS4's bluetooth hardware is a bit wonky.
