Macro issue

i'm sure this bug already in game since 2.0 (no idea if somebody already report this or not)
The macro always skip 1 of the line in macro and do the next line command instead of start at the top!

For example,

/ac "Fast Blade" <t>
/ac "Shield Lob" <t>

if i use this as my macro on the mob,
it should be using Fast Blade if the mob in melee range and Shield Lob if the mobs NOT in melee range

However, it's always use the Shield Lob instead of Fast Blade when i'm standing in front of the mob and 100% sure i'm in melee range! (The skill icon also show that i can use the Fast Blade for that mob at that time)
which means the macro skip the 1st line command and use the 2nd command directly instead of follow the line order!

Since i'm not the only one notice this, i think it should be the game bug!
Please fix this ASAP as it's very annoying
