Account help!

I am playing the PS4 version of the game and had previously played the Beta version in February. I decided to use the same account I created when playing the beta and it allowed me to access the character I had created. When I installed everything and set it up, it never asked me to put in any form of payment to access the game. Did I do something wrong? How is it letting me play without paying?

How did you purchase the game - boxed or digital download from PSN store? Either way - there is a 30 days of gameplay included in the price of the game and you can check your remaining subsription days via Mogstation.

I purchased the boxed version. When I access my account through the square-enix site, it won't let me register the game code or anything. It says the registered product is the Beta version.

You need to register the game via PSN - either directly on Playstation or on Sony's web at account administration page. It's the same like if you redeem the 12 digit game codes or prepaid cards.
