Problems trying to add product code....

Well the early access has ended and I try to log into game (PS4) and it tells me I need to register the game with my product code. So I go to the section (MOG) to enter it and it says it is down for maintenance.

Is this happening to anyone else?

I can go to the page just fine.

I went to that link and it told me that you had to redeem the code on the PlayStationNetwork but the PSN marketplace only allows 12 digit codes. And mine is 18 digits.

There should be two codes (vouchers) with each boxed version of the game - 12 digit one for PSN (that's the one you need) and other one (18 digit) for SE "social" site - that has no affect on your account or game registraion - that's only to "show off" your games on the SE web page to others so benefit of registering it is basically zero.
