I really wish SE would fix this, as it's a very detrimental thing that has real life consequences. This needs to be a top priority fix.

Often times I use the time while in queue to get things done around the house; cook, clean, maybe take out the trash. But when I'm on my tank I just can't do it! I'll queue, stand up, and 'ding!' my queue window pops up saying it's ready. I can't even afk for a pee real quick before dungeons, and it's starting to get absolutely infuriating that they've let this become such a huge issue.

ikr i have to queue then unqueue my duty roulette like 100 times to get in the same one as a friend!

at least in 2.3 we can queue together!

They're all boring though. What SE needs to do is add a lot more DPS classes so tanks can switch to them and no longer be burdened by the lack of time.

Hi. Tank lover here (Oh, and noob, like always)

Just wanted to say that you can't actually say SE to "FIX IT" like if commanding it... What do you want SE to do? Murder all the DPS classes? Add some kind of system to obligatory use tank classes during a certain day of the week?. There's no solution. It's just people that doesn't love tanking because it can be stressful, same as healing.

DPs may takes 30 min for entering, but enjoy better the dungeons they enter, and can FATE grinding or craft while waiting, so where's the problem?... I did like that with my few DPS.

Sorry, had to say my nooby opinion about it, whenever a person says "SE MUST FIX THIS" I feel like... "WTF?". In-game we tanks already have a lot of advantages, I liked tanking, but after 2.2 I like it even more... In the new server Zodiark, I'm quickly a 50 thanks to use a tank class, and I'm gaining money for buy things in market thanks to 4.500 gil reward... And... And... I feel like my DPS damage is almost similar or higher than some DPS... (Of course speaking of warrior, not paladin).

If they add even more advantages to tanks it would probably start breaking balance, in my opinion.
