Can you use Cure 3 in place of medicas for the increase in potency? What is the range of healing around the target compared to any medica?

Cure 3 has a radius of 6y while Medica has 15y. This means Medica has 150% more radius, which is why Cure 3 requires a very tight stack to be worth it over Medica.
