[PS4™ Version] Current Known Issue With The EU PlayStation Store Download Version
We are aware of an issue affecting some European PlayStation Store purchases of FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn which meant some users encountered an error message similar to “Cannot launch FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn. Please purchase it from the PlayStation Store or register the promotion code included with your package” when trying to launch FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.

※Please note this issue only affects users who purchased the digital download version of FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn from the PlayStation Store. The package version of the game is not affected by this issue.

when i try contact/support i have to fill in personal stuff such as creditcard but i dont have those things so..

I have this issue and don't know what to do. After struggling to navigate the support area I somehow managed to submit a query (received a number etc), but that was over 24 hours ago with no response, and I can't seem to find any other way of contacting someone.

To have spent money on a product that won't work is bad enough, but to not be able to contact the company responsible to work out the next course of action is unforgiveable.
