I hope this helps at least one person out there one day! but sorry for your problem OP I am not at all familiar with isolated windowed mode issues. I actually get more problems when running full screen lol
Well heck lol, I'll give that a shot ^^! I've nearly worked on figuring out this problem to the core personally and that sounds like a logical solution so I'll give it a go and let you know how it works =).
