Steps:
I logged into FFXIV ARR. The cut scene played of my character waking up I the New Gridania Inn. After the cut scene I expanded the chat box using the triangle button and sent a message to my free company. After I sent the message I pressed the triangle button to return the box to its normal size. The box moved from the center of the screen back to its original spot in the lower left corner but it remained the same size as when it was expanded. I have pressed the triangle button to try expanding it and return it back to the normal size but that didn't work. I tried teleporting to East Thanalan but it continued to be expanded. I then logged out and logged back but it was already expanded when my game loaded. I then turned off my Ps4 and restarted the game once I turned my Ps4 back on and the box was still expanded. I can still play the game but it is really annoying having the text cover over half the screen while you play.
