PS4 map question

I seem to remember in beta that you could make the map a lot bigger and it would be translucent. If Im wrong tell me and if Im not then how do I make it bigger. My eyes are killing me because the text on the map is white and it blends in with the map.

There's a map transparency option in the config menu. As for the size and positioning, I pull up the map then put the controller in mouse mode. Drag the window where you want it, and resize by hovering over the lower right corner.

So my memory of that feature then is wrong. Thanks for the quick reply. Ill have to try and make it bigger that way.

I think the translucent feature can be toggled and adjusted for when you're moving your character. like I have mine set up to 40% transparency while moving, but none when standing still.
