[Suggestion] percentage in tenths

Love the HP%, but is it intended from dev not display percentage in tenths?

47% actually can be between 47.1% to 47.9%. As we know, most fights change depends on % (like at 47.0%).

Since 0% = 0% but not 0.1% to 0.9%, so I guess 47.1% to 47.9% would be displayed as 48%? ^^;


Anyway I think it would be nice to have percentage in tenths, +1

I'd rather it stay at whole percentages. It's easier to recognize at a glance that way. And a tenth of one percent is rarely a meaningful amount.
