I'd say level up your Arcanist. Having access to Physick, Eye for an Eye and Virus is helpful. Once did an Ifrit HM where both healers and one of the tanks died. Me and the other 2 BLM were spamming Physick on the one tank while still DPSing. It took a hellovalong time and the Bard even died during healer LB3 (which all the people who died prior died again to mistakes). We ended up winning
