    Character Creation Restrictions

    A lot of servers say they have lifted the restriction for now, but some servers aren't saying that they are lifted. My server in particular Sargatanas. I have a people who I want to play with who are trying to get on this server.

    Does anyone know why this is happening?

    The website is not real time update like the the view from the client is, the website list only updates 5 times a day in 5 hour intervals.
