I have this issue and don't know what to do. After struggling to navigate the support area I somehow managed to submit a query (received a number etc), but that was over 24 hours ago with no response, and I can't seem to find any other way of contacting someone.

To have spent money on a product that won't work is bad enough, but to not be able to contact the company responsible to work out the next course of action is unforgiveable.
