I noticed this a while ago, but just brushed it to the side. BUT NOW, since we can "glamour" things and I like most of the AF2 sets. The shoulder pads on the Elezen female Valor Cuirass are rather large in comparison to other races.




Notice I'm zoomed slightly more in on the Hyur image and the Elezen shoulder pads almost match the size! It may just be that Elezen are more slender but I think the shoulder pads need to be scaled down slightly, imo!
