PS3 standard owner, bought ps4 collector's physical, wants a new service account????

Hi,

It's been a while since i've posted here, but i'm running into a problem w/ my gf's ffxiv account. She has been playing the game since day 1 on the ps3 (standard edition), and she just received her collector's copy for the ps4. Came w/ 2 codes, 1 to redeem on psn store (12 digit code) which she did, and it downloaded her the collector's edition full game, and the other which was just for the SE member ID.

She played the ps4 beta phase 2 and early access just fine, she logs in now and she's told that she needs to create a new service account in order to continue and play the game, she has a character and an account already... she's stuck in this screen where she is forced to make a new service account. She logged out not too long ago before this just to redeem this code. Can anyone help or is anyone else experiencing this?

Same exact problem here, Ive played since day one on ps3 standard edition, currently have standard edition beta phase 1 beta phase 2 early access and collectors edition entitlements on my ps4, after I log in it only has the option to select the collectors edition entitlement which is what I want but after that it doesnt show my character I only have the option to create a new service account, when I log into mog station or lodestone though all my info is still there, I even went as far as to spend 20 more dollars upgrading to the digital colletors edition because mog station still said I had the standard edition, it say I have the collectors edition now and still it does not work, ive tried reinstalling from disk twicem reinstalling from digital down load, and renewing licenses on ps4 nothing works

I experience the same thing, and when I logged in, I didn't get the ps4 bonus since all the ps4 things are on the second service account, yesterday I got my hardcopy of the ps4 and register it on the psn, but it doesn't show in my moogle thingy, I just requested and submit the form about "accidentally register wrongly a new service account", so hopefully this gets fix quickly.
