Error [11006][20814][20831][19900][-2147418069] on Patch Download for PS3

I had to uninstall and reinstall the game on my PS3, but now the patches won't download. It gets to 1430 MB on the very first patch from 8-10-2013 and then I get the error message [11006][20814][20831][19900][-2147418069]. I've tried everything to fix this problem. I've tried the internet in three different locations (and three different speeds), uninstalled and installed at least five different times since yesterday, and I've even wiped the hard drive on my PS3 and installed the game again. Nothing works. Same error message at the exact same point every single time. I'm starting to get pretty frustrated about this, and I can't find anything online that has helped me. Does anyone know how to fix this? I could really use some help.

I was wondering if anyone had ever found a solution to this. Vinn is my friend, and we have tried at least fifty times to make the patches work. We have found multiple sites that referencing this, but the forum posts and blogs are usually given a mark saying that they have been resolved. However, looking at all the replies, it seems that no one has been able to find a suitable solution for this, and the forum posts have been closed for inactivity.

We have tried reinstalling the game, resetting the PS3 to its original factory settings, changing DNS servers, moving to different houses because of potential internet issues, and much more.

So if anyone has any solutions that might work including Square Enix itself, let us know.
