Is there a version for smartphones, I have a one time password that came with the CE but worried to use if it die.

There's one for both Android and iOS and they're free. However, you'll have to deactivate your token to use your phone and you can only use it on one phone. The OTP shouldn't die any time soon however. Many are still using really old ones from FFXI. If you've only been using it since either of the times FFXIV launched, that's not very long at all. They're fairly sturdy things ^_^
