    ps4 error 20019 , can't update , subscription aready paid and can't go back to ps3

    I just renewed my subscription and made the transition from ps3 to ps4. The thing is the client cannot complete the update , I tried multiple times but it still fails and goes back to the ps4 dashboard.

    My subscription is already paid , the transition is permanent so I'm locked out of a game I payed !

    Yep, similar problem. I haven't been able to play ever since the open Beta. Always error 20019. Already posted twice here about this, and my post was moved to "Separate Support required", which is useless, because I already contacted support and none of the suggestions worked for me.

    You should get your money back. It happens to a lot of people, myself included, and SE hasn't said a thing as to what could be the issue. I haven't been able to finish the "first time setup" since the second beta.
