The person "had to go" so he could jump into the next brayflox hm and do the same there.
If he really "have to go", he'd leave and eat the penalty since he wouldn't need to join any more dungeons at the moment.

Next time tell the person that he/she/it will be reported for harassment... and don't listen to any explanation of why he has the right to do what he does...

That is basically what we did but we still had the problem of that person not helping on the rest of the run. A countermeasure for those behavior would be a nice addition,

In a vote kick side story...
Last night thought I would run low level roulette.
Got in I was the only one who had done it before, not an issue everyone's gotta start somewhere,
So since tank said first time tanking, I tried to help them , marking mobs for kill order (always ignored) placing marker where to pull the pirate guy to second time to where the adds came out (ignored) killing clams before the shades (ignored)
So just after the guy runs off the second time tank said in party "don't tell me what to do I'm in charge in the tank"
I replied I'm just trying to help because I know how daunting a dungeon can be first time around.
Then I got kicked...

I know different from what the OP is on about tho that is an issue but saves making another vote kicked post.

Lol i wouldn't mind if I was aggressive or arrogant about it, but I really couldn't of been more friendly because I hate how daunting a new dung can feel, usually people say thanks for the advice so I was totally taken a back by the tank, assuming the other 2 are friends with tank as they all had same surname

Personally, I think a vote kicked person should be warranted a full 30min penalty. along with everyone else having 15min. prevent abuse allows u to kick idiots who do such.... tricks.

Well, seems that was a bit contradicting.. So I wouldn't let myself get angry/depressed about it. Not worth a sec of your time.

We are short of tanks, but we got the rage all over us.. lol and some got bitter, and then gets rude themselves.. what a happy virtual world ^^

More annoyed I had to reque for roulette lol, I do however feel sorry for tanks in DF the amount of rage directed at them all because a single mob in a pack might of ran off to hit someone once due to that person not killing the same thing everyone else is

Oops forgot to add to get back to OPs post, yeah Saturday in Bray HM, last boss, the SMN refused to go over the purple line, and I mean outright refused, so we 3 manned it, drop that I needed dropped and they won.....

The funny thing is, there's what? One trash pack after the second boss before the last boss? These people could spend another 5-10 minutes and finish the dungeon. Instead, they make an ass out of themselves by demanding a vote kick.
