Constant disconnects, 90000 error (PC)

I get disconnected around 10-30 seconds after I log in, receiving a 90000 error every time. I started playing again yesterday on a new computer and I've been having this problem since then. I used to play on a laptop with wireless connection, now I play on a desktop with a wired connection. I never had this problem on my old computer.

I'm in Norway and play on the Phoenix server, if that matters.

Edit: I should mention that I'm not having any problems with other online games when playing on this computer. No disconnects in WoW for instance.

Same is happening to me, started happening yesterday and now I can't stay logged in for more than 5min, it's worse in dungeons. I've been playing since 2.0 launch and never had this stupid issue until PS4 launch, and I'm not even disconnecting from the internet everything else runs perfectly fine just this game specifically keeps booting me.
