What status effects or mechanics would you like to see?

Bar spells, also slow and fast. We have slow but it hardly does anything at all.

For black mages I'd like to see full range of elemental spells like in other ff games.

I'm sorry but when slow is put on me as a WHM, I better cast Esuna on myself or my team dies
