    If they included charm it would be interesting if they could program it so that the AI could gather data on your rotation-- and then mimic a similar rotation against a random (non-tank) party member.

    An alternative to charm could be something like "clones" that mimic your most used actions and gear. I think FFXI had something like that in the final boss fight to one of the add-ons (A crystalline prophecy?) and it wasn't the most sophisticated AI, but still a cool concept.

    more Paralyze and Slows

    Forgetfulness (random skill on bar is greyed out, messing with rotations/mitigations)

    a Sanction scroll for end-game gear instead of just grand company stuff

    fast attacks that target the floor and can be jumped over, or more importance placed on vertical positioning in general, assuming they don't have problems with LoS etc.

    Blood damage in FFXIII-2 was interesting, although it never affected the fights unless they dragged on for too long.
