    Help! Character Restrictions!

    We have three friends on PS4 on Primal - Diablos and there is a new character restriction so our other friends can't join. Is this forever or only temporary and have my friends wait it out? ty

    It is temporary and can change at any time. They update the list every 4 hours or so.

    Normally when servers are under character creation restrictions trying to create a character earlier in the morning will get you in (particularly mid-week). The restrictions are based on how many characters are currently logged into the server.
