Can I add 270 days game time?

I'm told that, if you actually call support, they're usually pretty good about allowing you to add larger blocks of time. It's not policy, but I'm sure if you call them up, they'll be fine with it

Well I just purchased 270 days and called customer support. The woman said it's technically not possible and i will have to wait 90 days to add the time..

Like, really SE? I pretty much threw a lot of money down the drain....
