I had taken part in both PS4 Betas and love the game. I purchased the Physical CE for the PS4 from Amazon so I could take advantage of the early play and all the extras. Amazon sent out 2 emails with pre-order codes. I entered the first thinking that the 2nd must have been the pre-order items. I now know that those items are in the actual box. I wish I had known that prior. I have yet to receive it as I knew I could play early with the pre-order code, so no need for fast shipping.

All was going well and I put a decent amount of time into it during the beta and the early access. I saw other players running around with the CE content and thought it was time to punch in the 2nd code from email #2. After redeeming the code I found it was for a 2nd copy of the game. Now I am stuck at the product registration page with the "Warning: If you want to import pre-existing character data, do not select this option". That option being create new service account.

Hindsight being what it is I can see that the 2nd code was sent out in error and the CE content was not emailed. Any suggestions on how I can cancel this 2nd game that is trying to overwrite my currently owned, activated, and established game? It's like reverse piracy, I'm trying to give back a digital copy sent to me in error I know I am a new-comer but I really don't want start all over again for a third time.
