niether my retail FFX|V PS4 CE licence nor free 30 days are showing up on Mog Station

Okay so I've input my registration code for my copy of 'PS4 Collector's edition A Realm Reborn Final fantasy X|V ' again.
(After the little fiasco that happened last night where no one could get their retail registration codes until 9:36 AM PDT to work.)
and I got my 'PS4 Collector's edition A Realm Reborn Final fantasy X|V ' game client licence to download on my 'PS4,'
But, when i went to the 'Mog Station' website to confirm that i got the licence on my 'Mog Station' account the licence was nowhere to be seen.
Furthermore, when i went to check the billing cycle attached to my 'Mog Station' account to see if i got my free thirty day subscription that came with purchasing the game, it did not appear to be applied to my account.
And just too make matters worse my next billing cycle is tomorrow

I just registered my product code and my SE account now shows FF14 PS4 is registered.

But on Mog Station it shows my service account status as inactive?

They are the same account so not sure why the disassociation.

Any ideas?

just realised i was logged in to my account on the ps4 when i did the redemtion... so when i relogged it showed up...
