That's not what he meant. Having two feather foots lets you have more evade, one of them giving you even more evade of course. Use one and the other one is still available. By the time you use the 2nd one the first one should be at a lower CD if you are the one taking hits. I think it's better to have 2 evaded hits instead of 1 in a period of 30 seconds.
Also, FFI only has like a 75% evasion rate on most regular monsters. That and I went somewhat eva build on my pug.
I don't think you understand Dawiichan. If you have FFI and FFII set, when you use either abilitiy the other will share the cooldown. Niether one can be used any sooner by setting them both.
It's not better that way cause then you'd have to spend 2 slots and more points to set both of them.I think it's better to have 2 evaded hits instead of 1 in a period of 30 seconds.
I like these moves better as one (sharing the same cooldown etc) but the II version of any ability should be noticably better than the other and having 2 evades in featherfoot 2 only seems more logical than having 5% more evade...
