Pon ya as you can see i agree with you and they really need to make the tier II action do something better then the first. As of right now theirs not much of a difference if any.. Not sure why SE would just add a 2nd tier that doesn't do anything.

I agree with this. I think it should offer something a little more other than a higher eva percentage. A smaller cooldown might be too much (unless its something like 5 seconds less)but I like the idea of "two" shadows but this could be a bit OP because you could put on concussive blow and jarring strike and have a field day all day long.
You use Featherfoot II and the Mar spell that does the same thing but parry version and you get 100% hate i test this on many guild leves and it work 90% of the time. awesome way to get hate off your mage real quick lol
Peiste NM is a good place to see why, when your dpsing and you need to evade that AOE, you don't want to be thinking, well i'll just evade the next one, which might not even come in that 30 sec window (^_~)That's exactly what I'm trying to say. It doesn't matter which has a higher chance to evade because you both only get one evade, and it's never a problem getting that one evade before the timer runs out. So what if it takes the enemy 1 swing instead of 2? The outcome of both abilities is still the same.
Actually I've killed the Peiste NM a dozen times, and I know that the AOE is rarely avoidable, even with FeatherFoot II. I only evade it about 25% of the time it's occurred with FFII up. So your argument makes no sense. It's still an unpredictable chance to evade within the duration of the ability regardless of what your chance is. Even with FFII, you can't guarantee when you're going to evade. So how does that make it all that much better than FFI?
THey need to add another effect to FFII, change the timer or both. hell i'm ok with 2 evades and have the timer at 45 seconds. I just want it better then FF. I always evade an att with either tier the recast time is the same so they need to add something to FFII and make it a PUG only spell. Hell all Tier2 action should be Class only actions.
I agree having a bit more bonus from FF1 to FF2 would be nice.
Getting two shadows would be so awesome!!! And give this class a real chance at tanking. Makes sense. Featherfoot II, two evades. Are you listening Square Enix?!?! Please make this change.
Maybe I just have better gear and stats for evading it, but FFI doesn't evade it as much.Actually I've killed the Peiste NM a dozen times, and I know that the AOE is rarely avoidable, even with FeatherFoot II. Your continued argument really doesn't make sense., if your chance to evade is higher how is it better, how is it not?
Spamming between them I believe is the main purpose of having them. Like having two Feather Foot abilities, you can just keep bouncing between them when not using other abilities and/or cures.
