Please help, is there anyway to fix this huge mistake?

I just logged in, and was changing the rank of some members in my FC. We are fairly active with around 100 members. I demote anyone who's been offline for 30+ days to "Inactive", while going through the people I accidentally clicked "Master" instead of "Inactive" on one guy who hasn't logged in for 33 days. Without any confirmation warning, it just promotes the guy to become the FC master and now I am simply a "Member".

Maybe no one here will care, but I have put a lot of time and effort into this game and the FC I created is one of the main reasons I have continued playing. How can such a simple error be so easy to make, not even a single "Are you sure you would like to give away Master position" or something along those lines?

What can I possibly do to undo this?

How do I contact a GM in game? I have looked on the support desk but all the options say they won't contact you directly?

I have submitted a ticket explaining the issue. How long do I need to wait for a response? Hours? Days?
