Where is the PS4 Collector's edition in-game content?

Hey guys,
I'm pretty new to FF14 but not to Final Fantasy. I got the collector's because I enjoyed the beta. I read on the back that

" At launch you will receive a code and instructions on how to redeem your exclusive collector's edition in game items"

I haven't received an email with a code yet so I was wondering if I just need to wait. I contacted sqex customer service via email but they take a considerable amount of time to reply.

Also Where can I meet up with people to play.

Did you get the physical box version or the digital download?
For the boxed version, the code is on the back of the little booklet that came in the game disk case. (Note: it's not the 18 character code on the separate "Product Registration Card". You want the 12-letter one on the back of the booklet.)
I believe for digital download, the code should be e-mailed to you.

How to redeem it:
Go to the Playstation Store on your PS4 and go down to the "Redeem Codes" section. That's where to enter the 12-letter code.
Then start the game and it will walk you through the steps of either setting up a Square Enix account or linking to an existing one.
Once in-game, the bonus items come through moogle mail.

Note: It's a single code that indicates purchase of the game as well as whether that purchase was the standard edition or collector's edition. There isn't a separate code for the CE bonus items.

I got the hardcopy (box) I like collecting stuff.
I see the code I thought it was a registration thing like it said above it I'll try it out though.

It is telling me that it is the full game? 11.9 GB Never heard of in-game items costing that much memory

hi, I'm also a new player on PS4, do you get the physical copy or digital download?
the digital CE (from US PS Store) worked just fine for me, i just login and found all the CE in game item on the Moogle
