As a new player (waited for ps4 version to start 2.0) I'm not sure I could play a tank effectively using a controller.

I'm sure it can be done just not as efficiently as with a keyboard.

So far healing had felt easy but I've only done light groups. I think it will be more difficult once I am in larger groups where a mouse/keyboard would be vastly superior.

My guess would be that PS3/PS4 players trend heavily towards DPS classes where the controller is a good fit.

I tank/dps on PC using controller, I played this game purely using controller from the start, it's not a problem. I have tank the first coil and extreme mode, it just take a good crosshot bar setup and you are good to go.

Not sure about other server, queue time is ok on the server I played in, I levelled 2 dps and 1 tank class during 2.0. There will always be wait time when queueing as dps, so I usually do some FATE, leve, quest or hunting log while waiting. One thing SE need to fix is that if we are doing a leve and instance pop, the leve should not be considered as fail, just reset it so that we can do it when we are out of the instance.
