While this would be a pretty freaking sweet form of PvP I don't think it'd be particularly useful for dungeons, mostly because it'd require the three DPS controlling the bosses to wait around until the party got to them, which could mean wait-times of up to an hour and a half if the party you're facing is struggling and you drew final boss.
