    the problem is people DONT want to play tanks or healers, if you dont like the time it takes to get in as dps, change to tank or healer. i dont really think they should remove the incentives, because i do get bored playing tanks and often want to dps, this at least gets me to go tank.

    and yes these rewards can sometimes bring really crappy players or just lazy players to the job, and i do hope SE fixes this, but if you really want to fix this, SE needs to find a way to incentivize tanks to want to requeue in the dungeons, me personally, i dont feel much reason to do duty roulette once per day, let alone more. at least if they provide better incentives for repeat adventures, maybe this will increase the number of times tanks actually want to queue up

    **by repeat, i mean queue up in duty roulette 2+ times, like give myth each time, and increase the gold received each time duty roulette is completed**

    this is another problem here, if everyone expects their tanks to be elite immediately, it may hinder people's want to actually start tanking, or even healing.
