Lost Reputation

So I had 457 Reputation with the Amalj'aa, (friendly) then handed in 6 quests which should have brought me up to 508, and they actually TOOK AWAY 49 points bringing me to 408. 100 Reputation points gone. I contacted Customer support, did a in-game bug report, E-mailed Square Enix and even talked to a GM in-game. They keep sending me in circles back-and-forth-back-and-forth. I did one quest for the Amalj'aa and that one worked normal, but afraid to do any more quests in case they keep taking Reputation away from me once I get to the 510 mark. Less then 100 points away from a mount to boot. (I think)

Started with: 457 Rep
Completed 6 quests: (Should be) 508 Rep
Ended with: 408 Rep
100 Points GONE.

I have no other option but to keep E-mailing Square Enix until they restore my 100 points. In the meantime I guess I'll just...

Are you sure you actually had 457 and not 357?

Since you start a rank at 0, and you can get at most 51 rep points a day total (3x10, 3x7), 357 would mean exactly 7 days of collecting rep points, and the one you did now brought you correctly to 408.

To get to 457, you'd have to pick up 5 rep point quests instead of the 7 and 10.

So, did you only do 7 and 10 point quests or also 5 point quests on this rank?

Yeah, the first set of quests I did one or more of the 5 pointers assuming I would get more dailies like I did when I hit friendly. I'm very positive of the numbers at the time though cause I knew i would be literally a sliver (2 points) away from the rank above friendly and potentially the drake mount. I was paying very close attention when this happened, unfortunately I handed them all in at once without checking my character tab. I wish I was using Fraps at the time so I could put the video all over these forums.
