Registration Code - collector's edition

I ordered the collector's edition and received a code for early game play and registered under that. I'm assuming I only get the extras like the mount/equipment/minion with the code that came with the hard copy. Can I re-register with the new code or would I have to start over and lose all my progress? Thank you.

I bought the standard disc version and have had no problems with registering the game. Everything worked fine for me. Kinda wonder why I paid $40 for the disc version when I can just use the BETA 2 client.

I'm in the same boat. I am stuck at the "warning" if you would like to import pre-existing character data please do not select this option". I entered a 2nd pre-order code by mistake and it is asking me to re-register basically. Just hit 20 earlier today. I don't want to have to restart a fourth time when my CE arrives.
