    PS. You're confusing New Skills with New classes.

    Yoshi-P said there will be no New Skills for current classes/jobs until the level cap is raised in 1st expansion because it would be unfair to give Summoner a new skill like summoning Levi-Egi while other class/jobs don't get anything new as well. He never said there will be no new class/jobs until level cap is raised. If a new class/job are released before 1st expansion it will just have the skills from level 1 to level 50 like all current class/jobs.
