    Don't forget about Ramuh. I think the existing beastmen (slyphs) should have all their primal fights before implementing new beastmen tribes.

    You're right. But then I see the Ninja class getting teased so hardcore and it makes me think we'll get that before the Muketeer class. Ramuh's model is in the game already, but they've already teased Shiva's as well. I wonder if they're planning to introduce the new beast tribe in 2.3 along with dailies for them.
