    I wondered about this, since we can buy i100 gear, it doesn't seem like such a big gap that there was with i80. Perhaps we'll see something bigger drop from CT in 2.3 but there isn't anything that says that. Just a thought.

    They may end up putting in a i95 equipment set if not.

    I am curious on the materia system update mention in the live letter by Yoshi-P will it be new type of materia to attach to end game gear etc will it be the horizontal progression this game is in need of. Only time will tell but damn I wish more info comes out soon about it the speculation is killing me :P

    no, EdwinLi is right, class is planned before the expansion. he did recently in a live letter talk about the fact that we will not get a raise of the level cap before the expansion... but not the class.
    it will be a huge slap in the face of the legacy player if he don't bring new class before the expansion leading at 5 years with just one new class for us. some of us had all the class 50 before ARR.

    Platinum Mirage is the casino, the Golden Saucer sounds more like a racetrack for Chocobo's. Wonder if any Fat Choco's will compete. I'd pay good gil to see that.
