Ps4 Collection's Edition Registration Question

I've looked long and hard to find a way to register the collector's edition. First off I've never had a previous account for FF14 before, currently in early access. I got my things in the mail yesterday,there was a registration code for the square enix members. However that did not do anything as far as in-game dlc. I have gotten the pre-order dlc, like the moogle hat and cait sith doll.

I went to the moogle station, it says my account is inactive, but I'm playing the game. How do I get the game to know I bought the collectors edition? There was a code in the game case, but it did not work. I'm assuming that's because of either the early access or beta phase 2 is downloaded. Should I delete these things to register it or would this cause even more problems?

I was curious because it seems there are some technical difficulties for NA users registering they're game. I felt my problem may be separate since I'm actually playing and just have issues with the dlc.

Aha, so this was a technical issue for NA after all. It looks like the problem has been fixed and I got all my stuff. This post is now dealt with.
