Rofl, I do have an amazing WAR buddy, but he wasn't with me on this run. :P
It was really just an extreme case of luck.
The WHM removed paralyze on themselves first.
Melee DPS started moving out of AOEs a little earlier after HV than usual.
Ranged spread out a bit.
We really just lucked out on the timing of paralysis procing and everyone knowing the fight rotation.
If that party was DF'd I don't think the result would have been the same, heh.

EDIT: Like Lemon8or said, it might not be such a big deal in T1, depending on who's standing where and the timing on the procs.
But that's going to be based on luck, average ilvl, party makeup, knowledge, etc.
Its going to be more annoying in T2 though, for sure.
