Never had any problems with this before today, but twice this afternoon my PS4 has completely locked up during a guildhest and a Brayflox NM, to the extent where I can't shut the console down in any other way aside from pulling the plug.

Anyone else had this? Both times it happened, it was during a boss fight when I was casting. The game totally freezes, music keeps playing, and though you can get to the PS4 home menu, the music from FFXIV will continue playing, and the PS4 can't shut down.

I was using the Android PS app as a keyboard, if that might make a difference? Any ideas?
