well I'm not satisfied in what they done for the summoner as of now lol
I'm sure theres more out there.
Nice Summoner job was never Beta tested no wonder it was a quick development.
They should give us that option on the making the avatar egi big or small and then see the results of it how many tuned on for the big or small.
Hes got a point tho thread open every week for remap egi lol
http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...4-Egi-Glamours
by the way Akiza you open a thread again next week then I will do also lol
Well I'm playing my summoner to lvl 50 then going back on pld till they sort this crappy class out, only returning to it onces its more like a summoner class should be.

Most people who don't like things in this game will leave while not saying why. While the vocal minority will make suggestion when their dissatisfied with something. There are a lot of players that switched from a Summoner to a different job because they didn't like the design of the Summoner but they aren't on the forum voicing their dissatisfaction and the players that still plays Summoner hope one day they will be able to summon Primals as an ultimate summon. How does anyone know what the developers will do maybe they'll give Summoner's the ability to summon the primal as a Grand Company skill maybe they'll evolve the job into a High Summoner by equipping a master job stone or they give every job a master job stone if they go that route.

Even so, do you really think it's necessary to create a new thread every time you remind yourself that you're fed up with how the most powerful DPS in the game is?

I dont see any problem with smn, sure I agree I'd love to have a LB of that egi's signature move, that would be awesome but a part from that the class is in a nice happy place
People keep saying how they would like XI type summoner or even X, but you do realise that was pretty much a summon, use a move, release, hell in XI you rarely had it out for long
At least in XIV you can have egi out and still DPS

yeah its a nice class when your playing alone in fate group lol

Jobs were never beta tested in FFXI either and i found a lot of them really fun to play.
Not to say they can alter how a job works depending on the feedback the community is giving. Prime example is ninja, the community made it a tank, that wasnt what SE had planned at first.
And when they'll get more confident with what they created, we'll get more fun stuff. I always keep in mind Yoshi tried to "rush" the developpement to give us something complete and simple at first in a short timeframe. All the fun stuff starts now![]()

The problem with the Summoner is it's not a Summoning Magic Job it's a Disease Magic Job.
Black Mage's use Black Magic
Whit Mage's use White Magic
Summoner's use Summoning Magic
Summoner's should summon all elemental damage by summoning storms such as fire storm, thunder storm, blizzard storm and tornados. Also we should be able to summon Primals cause unlike Beast Tribes who have a High Priest instead of a Summoner they have to use the summoning ritual to call forth Primals while Summoner's who use summoning magic can summon Primals without the ritual.
