PS4 Collector's Edition (Physical) Help needed

Hi guys,

I've played this game previously on both PC and PS3, and have performed the PS3>PS4 upgrade through the Mogstation with no hassles. However, today I bought the physical collector's edition for PS4 (wanted the artbook, soundtrack etc), and registered the included code through the PlayStation Store.

Now when I start the game up on PS4, it asks me which service account I'd like to add the PS4 Collector's Edition to, but my service account doesn't show up! Has anyone else had this problem?

TLDR: Already had PS4 version on my service account, so I'm unable to add the physical CE code to that service account, and I want the items and stuff it entitles me to.

Anyone have any suggestions? Is it possible to wipe the existing PS4 version license from my service account somehow?

I'd like to know too about having two copies of the game.

I did the PS3 to PS4 upgrade, however having owned and played the game fully, the physical CE is tempting to own. Best of luck sorting it out, can you update if you find a solution? Perhaps raise a ticket with SE?

I'm afraid not. Support got back to me and told me there's nothing they can do.
Looks like if I want those CE items I have to cough up for the digital CE upgrade

Saddly there is a limitation prohibiting registering more than one copy of PS3 and / or PS4 version of the game to the same SE Service account so you're out of luck - if you'd not upgraded then it would be possible. You can still register the PS3 CE version though (and try to gift / sell the PS4 boxed CE version).

That's awful to hear I upgraded to the digital CE yesterday, as I couldn't allow myself to spend more money on the physical version. Hopefully you can sell it on, and make most of your money back.
