I'm afraid not. Support got back to me and told me there's nothing they can do.
Looks like if I want those CE items I have to cough up for the digital CE upgrade![]()

That's awful to hearI upgraded to the digital CE yesterday, as I couldn't allow myself to spend more money on the physical version. Hopefully you can sell it on, and make most of your money back.
