How can I get PS4 Collector's edition in-game items? fat chocobo, etc

I've played since its early access started. (I bought the real package via Amazon)

But I have not still received any in-game items yet.

afaik, it should be on the in-game mail. but there is nothing, yet.

what should I do? how can I contact square-enix?

Have you registered the physical copy to your Square Enix account? I know they had a post about the codes from the Physical copies not working properly and they were working on a fix for it.

Check your Mog Station and make sure it is showing up as you having the collectors edition with the items listed.

I got Cait Sith before my physical copy arrived. When i got my physical copy it had a code i had to redeem which had everything else like the chocobo mount etc, it all registered to my account after that.
